During my recent stay at L'Hortensia, I was impressed by the thoughtfully equipped duplex, featuring a spacious bedroom and a charming terrace with sun loungers. The comfort of the bed ensured restful nights after days spent exploring. The location, particularly for visiting Mont Saint-Michel, was ideal. One of the highlights was the hotel's gastronomic restaurant. On our first and fourth nights, we indulged in exquisite meals, complemented by attentive service. While the restaurant's prices are on the higher side, the innovative dishes and serene ambiance made it a worthwhile culinary experience. Breakfast in July and August is not included, yet the continental options offered were satisfying. Dining while overlooking the garden from the terrace truly elevated the experience. I would certainly recommend L'Hortensia to fellow food enthusiasts seeking a unique getaway.
